After several years of working at the European Parliament on issues of ecological transition and the protection of living things, Romain wanted to discover the daily life of winegrowers and winegrowers in his country. A graduate of the School of Wine and Spirits in Paris, he then began to criss-cross France, meeting these peasants and artists to discover their work and unearth the best living wines for you. ​
