Features : Fresh and slightly minty nose, before revealing all its delicacy on blackcurrant, blackberry and blueberry. In the mouth we are fed up! An astonishing freshness carried by its acidity, very present tannins with a nice bitterness, and an aromatic on a basket of fresh fruit with notes of blackcurrant, currant and a finish on the zest of grapefruit. #WTF

Aging : Between 3 and 5 years
 
Alcohol : 13% Vol.
 
Culture : Bio-dynamic agriculture since 2011 and manual harvesting on vines with an average age of 50 years. Assembly of several plots. Soils: clay-limestone
 
Vinification: Natural vinification, whole bunch, vatting for 7 days. Fermentation in concrete vats and barrels. Aging in concrete vats and barrels for 6 months. total SO2: < 15 mg/L
