Winemaker: Romain Petiteau

Grapes: Pinot Gris

Characteristics: A wonderful aperitif wine, fruity and aromatic. On the nose, intense aromas of lemon, pear, apple, winter melon and a slight touch of vanilla explode. On the palate, the very slight residual sugar reinforces the roundness and the fat of the wine broken by its strong minerality and its tension. On the palate we find all the generosity of the nose with aromas of white flower, green apple juice, lemon zest, mirabelle plum and bitter almond. Long and sweet finish. Earn to be decanted for half an hour.

Pairing: Small tapas as an aperitif

Aging: Between 2 and 3 years

Alcohol: 12% Vol.

Cultivation: Romain took over the family estate in the heart of Muscadet in 2015. He initiated the conversion to organic of the 21ha of vines in the estate and produces natural vinifs.

Vinification: Pinot Gris in natural vinification and without added sulphites.
